1. About these terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of discounthuntrs.com (the "Site") and any related services. The Site is operated by AUCW Innovations Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 16532155) whose registered office is at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ.

By accessing or using the Site you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the Site.

2. What we do

Discount Huntrs is a community deal-hunting platform. We aggregate, display and let users discuss discount offers, voucher codes and promotions from third-party UK retailers. We are not the seller of any product listed on the Site, and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any retailer unless explicitly stated.

We do not sell goods directly. When you click a deal you are taken to the retailer's own website, where their terms, prices, stock, shipping and returns policies apply — not ours.

3. Information accuracy and third-party content

We work hard to keep deal information accurate, but:

Prices, availability, voucher codes and images are provided by third parties or community members and can change without notice.
Deals can expire or go out of stock at any time, including within minutes of being posted.
A deal being listed here does not guarantee the retailer will honour the price or stock shown.
We do not independently verify every deal before publication. Where a community "verified" badge appears, it reflects the collective judgement of our users, not ours.

You agree to check the retailer's own product page for the current price, stock and terms before purchasing. We accept no liability for differences between the deal shown on the Site and the retailer's live offering at the moment of purchase.

4. Affiliate disclosure

Some outbound links on the Site are affiliate links. If you click one and complete a purchase on the retailer's site, AUCW Innovations Ltd may earn a small commission at no additional cost to you. Affiliate revenue helps us keep the Site free to use and ad-light.

Being an affiliate does not affect which deals we display, their ranking, or community voting. We may earn commission on any deal listed on the site regardless of how it was sourced.

5. Accounts

You may browse most of the Site without an account. If you create an account you must:

Provide accurate registration information
Keep your password confidential
Be at least 13 years old (UK age of digital consent)
Not create multiple accounts to manipulate voting, verifications or rewards
Not impersonate another person or organisation

You are responsible for all activity on your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or our Publication Rules.

6. User-submitted content

If you submit deals, comments, verifications or any other content to the Site, you:

Warrant that you have the right to do so and that the content doesn't infringe anyone's rights
Grant AUCW Innovations Ltd a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to host, display, reproduce and adapt that content on and in connection with the Site and our marketing
Understand that we may remove, edit or refuse content that breaches these Terms, our Publication Rules, or applicable law
Retain ownership of your content — we don't claim it, we only need a licence to display it

7. Prohibited use

You must not:

Scrape, mass-download, reverse engineer or systematically extract data from the Site without our express written permission
Attempt to bypass security, rate limits or authentication on the Site
Use the Site to distribute malware, spam or unlawful content
Post deals that are fraudulent, misleading, prohibited (adult content, weapons, drugs, etc.) or otherwise breach our Publication Rules
Impersonate Discount Huntrs staff or any other user
Use automated means to vote, verify, report or comment (including via the community points system)
Harass, abuse or defame other users

We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action — including account suspension, content removal and legal action — against any user who violates this section.

8. Intellectual property

All trademarks, logos, product names, product images and brand marks belonging to third-party retailers are the property of their respective owners. They appear on the Site purely to identify deals and retailers and their use does not imply any endorsement or affiliation.

9. Availability and changes

We provide the Site on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not promise the Site will always be available, error-free or uninterrupted. We may suspend, withdraw or restrict the availability of all or any part of the Site for operational, legal or commercial reasons.

We may also update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the new Terms.

10. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes AUCW Innovations Ltd's liability for:

Death or personal injury caused by negligence
Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
Any other liability that cannot be lawfully limited under UK law

Subject to that, we are not liable to you for any of the following arising from your use of the Site:

Loss or inaccuracy of deal information, prices, stock or voucher codes
Loss of profits, sales, business or revenue
Loss of savings or missed discounts
Losses arising from transactions you enter into with third-party retailers
Indirect or consequential losses of any kind

Where liability is not excluded, our total liability to you arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site is limited to £50.

None of these exclusions affect your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.

11. Third-party sites

The Site links to third-party retailer websites. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, availability, privacy practices or the products or services they sell. Your transactions with third-party retailers are strictly between you and them.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute arising from or in connection with them are governed by the laws of England and Wales. You agree that the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any such dispute, except that if you are a consumer resident in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
